Child Safety Standards — Grace Portal (AGBC-dev)

This document sets out the Child Safety Standards for Grace Portal (app ID: com.oami.agbcapp), developed and published on Google Play by AGBC-dev (Amazing Grace Bible Church). These standards explicitly prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

EMERGENCY REPORTING

If you suspect immediate danger to a child, contact local authorities immediately by calling emergency services (999 in the UK, 911 in the US) or contact the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) Helpline at 0808 800 5000.

3. Prevention Measures Against CSAE

  • Role-Based Access: Restricted access based on roles
  • No Direct Messaging: Prevents grooming and inappropriate contact
  • Monitored Content: All content subject to review
  • Secure Authentication: Protected accounts

3.2 Administrative Safeguards:

  • Child protection training for staff
  • Verification process for new members
  • Content moderation by church administrators
  • Account monitoring for suspicious activity

3.3 Content Restrictions (Strictly Prohibited):

  • Sharing personal information endangering children
  • Any content violating child protection laws

4. Detection and Reporting Mechanisms

4.1 How We Detect Violations:

  • Monitoring activity patterns for suspicious behavior

4.3 Response Process:

  • Within 1 hour: Initial review and preliminary measures
  • Within 24 hours: Full investigation initiated
  • Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
  • Account Action: Suspension or permanent ban
  • Law Enforcement: Serious violations reported to authorities
  • Documentation: All incidents documented
  • Follow-Up: Reporter updated on actions taken

5. Cooperation with Authorities

  • Report CSAM to NCMEC CyberTipline and UK authorities
  • Preserve evidence for investigations
  • Comply with all legal requests
  • Maintain documentation for legal proceedings

6. User Education and Prevention

For Parents and Guardians:

  • Discuss safe online behavior with your children
  • Monitor your child's app usage
  • Teach children not to share personal information
  • Encourage children to report anything that makes them uncomfortable
  • Review activity with your child regularly

For Young Users:

  • Never share home address, school, or phone number
  • Tell a trusted adult if someone makes you uncomfortable
  • Don't meet anyone from the app without adult supervision
  • Report inappropriate content or behavior immediately

7. Privacy Protection for Minors

  • Parental consent required for users under 13
  • Limited data collection from minors
  • Restricted profile visibility for minors
  • Photo sharing restrictions
  • Parents can request their child's data deletion
